This
photo was obtained from the collection of USS Little Rock Captain Frederic A. Chenault. The photo was not identified as to date, location, or event. It would appear that this is an "All Hands" event, although it would not seem to be just a Personnel Inspection. Note that the top of the 6" turret has been set up to accomodate a podium and guests.
