COME CELEBRATE YOUR 2008 REUNION ON A 4 NIGHT CRUISE! Your pricing includes the following features: • A 4 night round trip sailing from New York • All port charges and government taxes • Inclusive of all meals and any snacks you might desire • Complimentary self serve fountain drink beverages • Nightly entertainment Possible added costs: • Any sightseeing excursions you might choose. • Alcoholic beverages and canned sodas • Gratuities, $10.00 per passenger per day, added to your onboard account. Gratuities are still decided by the guest and left to your discretion to adjust. • Airfare, if needed • Transfers to and from the ship • Cancellation Insurance *highly recommended We recommend the purchase of insurance with your first deposit. It will provide coverage reimbursement for cancellation due to illness or death for yourselves or family members. It will also offer other coverage such as medical/dental, emergency medical transportation, baggage, and travel delay. For any specific concerns please refer to your insurance outline or once purchased, your insurance certificate. The passport must be valid 6 months beyond the conclusion of your travel. • We may only work with legal names so be certain they match your passport. Making name changes after deposit may create charges. • Any non US citizen must contact the appropriate government authorities to get the necessary travel requirements. • As a cruise passenger you will want to be certain to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions imposed by the cruise line. • Please know that all rates are based on per person double occupancy. The space reserved for your reunion is limited. • As you can see from your price sheet we are holding Inside, Ocean View, and Balcony staterooms at this time. • A minimum, non refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is required no later than October 20th, 2007. For travelers requiring more than 2 people in a stateroom, the deposit is $150.00 per person. Based on availability, 3rd and 4th travelers in the stateroom will be priced as follows: Inside $395.00: Ocean view $415.00: Balcony $435.00. All rates are per person. Single travelers will be priced at double occupancy rates for the desired cabin category. A second deposit of 200.00 per person is due no later than January 23rd, 2008. Final payment is due no later than March 20th 2008. All monies become non refundable after March 20th, 2008. Please do not forget the purchase of insurance is strongly recommended, especially at first deposit. • Cancellation insurance is through Access America Insurance. The cost is based on the dollar amount spent per traveler. $50 1.00 to $750.00 per person is at a cost of $48.00 per person. Up to $500.00 per person, the cost is $28.00 per person. • Please be sure to read all literature and documentation that may be sent to you. Not only will you be checking them for accuracy, you will want to be sure to have all of your questions answered. Once all payments are in documents will be mailed to you approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. We have included the cost of express shipping to insure safe delivery of your documents.
