Famous People

Those who gave their lives,
Famous Visitors, and Famous Crew
who visited or served on the
U.S.S. Little Rock

For a naval vessel that never fired a shot in anger, the U.S.S. Little Rock still has a significant number of her crew who paid the ultimate price in serving their country. Check the Honor Roll page for details about these greatest of our crew.

Additionally, Princes, Princesses, Governors, Admirals, Medal of Honor recipients, and the Commandant of the Marine Corps have all been aboard the U.S.S. Little Rock as either visitors or crew.  The number of men and women of fame or notoriety who visited or served on the U.S.S. Little Rock is surprisingly large.

The accompanying links will take you to pages that have biographies, history and photos of the people and events that have connections to our great ship.
