"Plankowner" Certificate

"Plankowner" A Plankowner certificate was issued to USS Little Rock crew members who were on the commissioning crew of the USS Little Rock when the ship was commissioned on: 17 Jun 1945 (as CL 92),  or  03 JUN 1960 (as CLG 4)  or  16 Dec 2017 (as LCS 9).

"In addition to a "full size" copy of the Plank Owner's certificate, each eligible crew member received a small wallet-size version of the larger certificate. A copy of such a wallet-size version is shown here."
